4. Our Role as Processor / Service Provider

AlloCause provides a Platform that our customers use to manage their own contacts, leads, and clients. When customers upload or collect Personal Information about their clients or contacts into the Platform, we process that information on their behalf.

  • In these cases, our customer is the entity responsible for the Personal Information (the “controller”).
  • AlloCause acts as a service provider / processor.
  • Our use of that Personal Information is governed by our agreement with the customer and their own privacy notice, not by this Privacy Policy.

If you believe your Personal Information is being processed in the AlloCause Platform by one of our customers and you have questions or requests (such as access, correction, or deletion), you should contact that customer directly.

5. How We Share Personal Information

We may share Personal Information in the following circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers and Subprocessors

We use trusted third parties to help us run the Platform and our business. These may include:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers
